In order to let you know more about the order procedure in our company and make your deal more smoothly, we are now listing some order regulation for you reference:

Q1.What does DK Photonics offer?

 Q2.What will be the cost of the products offer by DK Photonics?

All our excellent quality products will be offered to you at a reasonable price at Ex-Works Shenzhen.

 Q3.What is your Enquiry Procedure?

You can contact us by e-mail, MSN, Skype or phone, tell us the information of yours, A member of our team will send you a quotation by fax or email normally within 24 hours.

 Q4.What is your Order Procedure?

After every detail is confirmed, if you would like to go ahead with an order, you may send us official Purchase Order by e-mail. We will send you our Sales Confirmation/Performa Invoice which if you agreed with the details and then sign and fax back to us. We will require your artwork in PDF format at that point if printing is required.

Q5. I want to get your samples, How can we do that?

You are welcome asking for getting samples; please give us detail demands for the samples. We will make samples as your demands, if you are a new client, please pay the express fee for that, the sample cost is necessary. The exact sample cost depends on samples Q'TY. To pay the express fee, please give us your express account (UPS/FEDEX/TNT/...), we will send the samples with Freight Collect, or please pay the express fee before sending samples. Please send e-mail to ask our Bank Account.

Q6. What are the payment terms?

The payment term is depends on your level of credit, if you are our new client, the payment term is "T/T 30% prepay, the balance before delivery". If our cooperation is long enough, such as over 1 year, we can change better payment terms like "T/T 30% prepay, the balance after delivery". For large Oder, L/C payable at sight is acceptable as well. Additional handling charge of US$30.00 will be added to bill for every order less than US$300.00.Other payment term is acceptable depend on different order. We also accept credit card payments for small orders. If it is a large amount order, such as > 1000 US dollars. We will charge an additional 3% handling fee. We will send the payment link to your email when we receive your order.

Please note that some countries will have custom duty or tax for certain items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay all endued custom duty or tax. Since our price do not include this charge.

Q7. What are the shipment terms?

Usually, All the prices quoted are on the basis of EXW Shenzhen. And sometime the shipment terms are depend on your orders and demands, so please let us know you'd like deliver goods by ship or air, we will give you a suggestion which way will be better depend on your agency levels. Normally, if the payment term is FOB, you please appoint your forwarder, we will deliver goods to your forwarder on time. If the payment term is CIF, we will deliver goods to our best forwarder with best freight on time.

 Q8. What is the lead time for orders?

It is depends on the products and your quantity, the more complexity, bigger quantity, it will need longer lead time. Normally, it takes about 10 days upon confirmation.

 Q9. What's the warranty of your products (Product Warranty)?

DK Photonics products carry a 12 month warranty or more, depend on different products. We accept free replacement for unqualified products during the warranted period. Detail information, please see to the WARRANTY above the website.

 Q10. What shall I do if we encounter the problem of your products?

Please contact with our sales representative about the problem without delay. Meanwhile, please submit the inspection report with picture about the problem description. We will do our best to solve the problem and find the solution or replace the products for you .
