w   Ever since its foundation, DK Photonics has been put a lot of resources into quality control and employee treatment. Our mission is to offer our clients with stable good quality products, Our factory first gained the ISO 9001:2008 certificate in 2010.

w   ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System) is a set of requirements against which the quality management system of an organization is evaluated. This certification assures our customers that the processes in place are measured and up to international quality standards.



RoHS Compliance

w   Quality Assurance team formally adopted strict control over the whole supply chain to ensure their supplies are in accordance with RoHS requirement

w   Conducted 3rd party independent laboratory test via recognized test bodies on RoHS

w   Implement in-house testing procedures for all raw materials and finished products by RoHS analyzing equipment





w   Our products fully meets Telecordia GR standards.


Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

w   Inspection of all incoming direct and indirect materials

w   Adopt AQL 0.65 Level-II plan for incoming materials inspections

w   Conduct sampling plan based on historical quality records

w   On-site audit of local suppliers

w   Written or on-site survey of overseas suppliers


In-process Quality Control (IPQC)

w   Real time process control for defective distribution

w   Statistical process control technique for yield trend and defect distribution

w   Analyze first yield & distribution to identify and evaluate process trend

w   Unscheduled production line audit for continuous improvement


Out-going Quality Assurance (OQA)

w   Adopt United State defense standard MIL-STD-105E to conduct Acceptance Sampling by Attributes

w   Conduct system audit based upon process management flow chart

w   Complete database for all finished goods


Reliability Test

w   Perform reliability tests according to the quality standard for each product type and customers' requirements.

w   Typical test processes include: Insertion Loss & Return Loss inspection, changeability, vibration, tensile strength, temperature cycling, low/high temperature storage and humidity tests.
